This Accounting Assistant will be responsible for general Accounting support and handling administrative tasks such scanning, filing, answering phone calls, data entry, and assisting in accounting, matching and posting.
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Basic accounting procedures: (A/R, A/P)
Matching packing slips
Customer Service/ Light Collections
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)
2+ years progressive administrative experience in similar work environment.
Excellent communication skills
Strong organization, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Basic Accounting, posting and matching
Proficient on MS Excel
