Hospitality furniture manufacturing company has immediate an immediate opening for a Billing Clerk/Front Desk Coordinator. The Billing Clerk/Front Office Coordinator will support the front office, answer telephones, direct calls and greet visitors along with some accounting administrative support.


Qualifications/Required Skills
Must possess excellent business English skills to facilitate the communications with company staff, customers and vendors
Bilingual English/Spanish fluency is a plus
Proven computerized document (Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) skills
Able to assist wherever needed, with an emphasis on project administration and accounting including project data setup, billing, posting payments and project documentation
Problem-solving and analytical skills
Being motivated and engaged, with a customer-service focus background
Demonstrated track record of reliable, on-time attendance
High level of customer service in interactions external customers (customers, vendors, outside professionals) and internal customers (coworkers, managers, and colleagues)

Requirements

Must be able to exhibit good attendance
Must have excellent attention to detail to prevent and minimize errors
Must be computer-proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel and can type minimum 50WPM+
Must be self-disciplined and motivated
Must be professional at all times in every communication, both verbal and nonverbal
Is dressed in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean, and professional at all times

Compensation approximately $15-$18 hour depending on experience.
