Responsible for contact with direct customers to upsell and provide them merchandising support that will grow their business. Develop effective relationships with external customers; providing opportunities for business growth with those customers.
Process orders for direct Dr. Smoothie customers and manage relationships with distributor customers as part of a regional team. Coordinating order processing with the order entry team
Proactive and effective phone communication for lead qualification, issue resolution, order entry, customer retention and new sales opportunities.
Must be technically able to manage multiple tasks including data entry in a CRM system, order processing system, complaint and activity logs etc.
Proactively manage issues, communications and reporting for all assigned customers in a region.
Other special projects including promotions, market tests, market roll outs etc.
Must be skillful in connecting with potential leads through cold calling.
Sense of urgency regarding the customer.
A team player with sales, customer support and other departments.
Organized for effectiveness, productivity and accuracy.
Positive communication and relationship development skills.
3 years previous experience with Foodservice or Specialty beverage to operators and distributors for commercial business customers.
Focus: Foodservice- Coffee and specialty drink channels preferred.
