Job Description

We currently have a Customer Service opening for our client in Santa Fe Springs, CA. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for managing different company accounts and assisting the clients from start to finish with their orders. Responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancellations, and other queries. This position will also be responsible for general accounting such as invoicing.

Primary responsibilities
Accounting, Invoicing
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Managed the product until it has been shipped out and billed to the client
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Place or cancel orders.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Close out or open call records

Skills required
Proficient in MS Office- Outlook, Word, and Excel
Worked with purchase orders in a manufacturing environment
Detailed oriented-AP and AR exp
Excellent verbal and written skills
Must also have strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to handle high stress and multitasking.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
$16-$17 DOE

Hours -8am to 4: 30pm 1/2 hr lunch pm or 7: 30 to 4: 30 with 1 hr lunch.
