Job Summary: The Accounting Assistant acts as the client s primary point of contact for billing related inquiries. The Accounting Assistant is responsible for invoicing clients based on contract set up and terms, conducting account research and analysis, and maintaining current and accurate aging reports by performing timely collection efforts.

Invoice clients on a weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
Respond to client correspondence by mail, phone, or email
Document all billing related inquiries and issues
Collaborate with Sales Team
Update Customer file maintenance
Perform monthly account statement reconciliations
Update and maintain pricing database per client specifications
Consistent follow up on past due accounts
Print and file job tickets
Other general accounting duties as assigned.

QuickBooks experience
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Strong on follow through
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Ability to work as a team player
Good working knowledge of Excel and Word
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Physical Demands:

Pay Rate:
$14, based on experience
