GRC Analyst (RSA Archer)

Kinetic Personnel Group is recruiting for a renowned Healthcare organization located in Riverside County. The Governance Risk Compliance Analyst (GRC) is responsible for administering and maintaining the GRC solution for the enterprise. Responsible for planning, analysis, maintenance, modifications, installation, testing, promotion and configuration of the GRC solution. Interprets the business and functional customer requirements, translating them into GRC configuration requirements. Designs the GRC solution and is also responsible for operational documentation, troubleshooting and problem resolution of the solution. Performs other duties as needed.
Job Specifications: Knowledge of security, privacy, audit and compliance requirements applicable to the healthcare industry (e.G. HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, PCI DSS, NIST, etc.). Dynamic individual capable of managing simultaneous work efforts as well as maintaining close working relationships with business partners and technical peers. Creativity and the ability to anticipate future requirements are a must. Capable multi-tasker who can drive projects to completion while effectively collaborating and working across business and technical team resulting in high-functioning effective partnerships. Experience managing multiple priorities and leading the deployment of major cross-functional initiatives. Able to read; write legibly; speak in English with professional quality; use computer, printer, and software programs necessary to the position (e.G., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong knowledge of project management software such as MS Project, Access, and other project management tools for task tracking and team collaboration efforts. Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others; work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure; lead, supervise, teach, and collaborate; accept direction. Ability to deal effectively with people and elicit support from other department areas, vendors, and customers. Excellent analytic, communication, and documentation skills. Able to organize technical work; demonstrate excellent planning, problem solving, analysis, documentation, presentation and organization skills; analyze and interpret data, processes and needs based on limited information; organize work and resources; define problems and solutions, prioritize work load; make recommendations; manage time effectively and plan and implement objectives effective. .
- Bachelor' s Degree required, or an additional two years of experience required in lieu of degree.
- Minimum six years of experience required in GRC or IT Assurance experience
- Minimum two years of experience supporting, configuring and/or customizing RSA Archer 6.X preferred.
- Valid Driver' s License required at time of hire.
- RSA Archer Administration I Certification preferred.
