Provide general administrative support to the HR Dept. And Payroll Dept. I.E. Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports.
Maintain and update W4 and 1-9 forms
Perform other tasks as needed.
Skills and Specifications
Effective problem solving skills
Knowledge of HR functions
Be able to communicate effectively as well through writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Maintain confidentiality and have the upmost integrity
Hours 8am to 5pm
Pay rate $17-$20 DOE
