IT Assistant (Korean Speaking)

This position will be responsible for IT Help Desk at the Warehouse, assist IT Manager, and support local operation activities. Configure hardware and software, set up computers, printers and provide daily support for computer network users, ensuring that users are able to interact with this hardware and software successfully.

Principal Accountabilities:

IT Operation Management
Maintain/Replace/Setup IT assets regularly
Response to IT inquiries
Monitor and ensure proper functioning of the IT system and response to errors as needed

IT Project Management
Analyze the needs of other departments and meets all specifications by modifying existing
Support and follow-up on all projects, make sure they re delivered on-time

Other Activities:
Support IT Manager with Warehouse requests and activities
Report and assist complex planning and implementation of systems that is carried out by the IT Team
Liaise with HQ offices for major projects and develop reports requested by Headquarter offices
Train New Hires on how to use internal company systems
Report on a daily and weekly basis the IT activities, updates and projects done at the Warehouse

Key Experience and Skills:

Qualification and Experience
Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business Management, Computer Science or Engineering, Information Technology preferred or any relevant technology field
At least 2 to 4 years of experience in a IT role
Experience working with multiple stakeholders (Warehouse preferred)
Strong IT operational background
Experience in SAP, EDI and Network is an advantage
Bilingual (Korean-English) is required
