Other duties will include
Assist with managing sensitive; and confidential matters i.E. Employee relations matters
Keeping current with issues and matters in the organization related to the HR department.
Explanation of employee benefits to conducted on a monthly basis.
Assist with monthly reconcile of benefit payments.
Ensure effective reception or proper approvals on forms and enter changes in the ADP system.
Prepare new hire files and entering new employee in payroll.
Interacting with and supplying information to employee, branch management, and job applicants.
Maintain and update 1-9 forms
Perform other tasks as needed.
Skills and Specifications
Effective problem solving skills
Knowledge of HR functions
Be able to communicate effectively as well through writing skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products
Maintain confidentiality and have the upmost integrity
Experience using ADP Workforce
Experience using E-Verify**
1-2 years of working in the HR Department
