administrative Assistant (Report Duties)

Help the department create and maintain company/department logs, spreadsheets, reports, department procedures and any other duties assigned by the department Supervisor or Manager.
- Pull monthly reports from different departments.
- Validate and check data is correct (attention to detail).
- Adjust reports in MS Excel to ensure reports are formatted properly.
- Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor when working with different departments and personal.
- Must be efficient and proficient with MS Office
- Proficient in Excel a must.
- Proficient in Word, Power Point, and Microsoft Outlook.
