Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
? Responsible for accurately recording and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
? Processes invoices and bills from vendors, verifying their accuracy, and preparing payment requests.
? Data entry tasks related to financial transactions, including entering and updating financial records and generating reports.
? Reconciles bank and credit card statements, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded, and any discrepancies are resolved.
? Assists with financial audits by providing documentation and financial records as required.
? Maintain filing systems: The account clerk maintains an organized filing system for financial records and reports.
? Other duties as assigned: The account clerk may be required to perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor, such as preparing financial statements or assisting with payroll processing.

? High School Diploma and/or GED required; Bachelor s degree in accounting and/or related technical field preferred
? 1 year experience is preferred
? Knowledge of accounting principles and practices is required
? Software knowledge such as SAP is preferred.
? Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
? Must be able to work collaboratively with other members of the accounting team and other departments within the organization.
? 1 year experience is preferred
The hourly range for this full-time position is $22.00/hr $28.00/hr. The base pay that is offered for this position will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal equity. Bonuses and/or long term incentives may be presented in addition to the compensation package.
