Job Description
Primary responsibilities
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, and mail
Managed the product until it has been shipped out and billed to the client
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling
Place or cancel orders.
Suggest solutions when a product malfunctions.
Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
Close out or open call records
Requirements
Proficient in MS Office- Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent verbal and written skills
Familiar with order entry and manufacturing processes
Must also have strong communication and problem solving skills, and the ability to handle high stress and multitasking.
