Job Description
Job Scope:
Responsible for responding to customer inquiries and requests, processing orders and coordinating the handling of customer concerns all on a timely basis. Responsible for sales order entry systems data. Works to improve departmental efficiencies and create cost savings on an on-going basis.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience as Customer Service Representative within a call center environment
3 years of experience working in the manufacturing field in a Customer Service capacity.
Moderate typing 45-50 WPM, and 10-key by touch needed. Computer skills required, Windows NT, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access.
