A well established Medical Technology Organization seeks to hire for multiple openings in the evening shift:
Job duties:
Maintain proper documentation per GDP (Good Documentation Practices) by filling out work orders correctly and accurately recording accepted and rejected quantities.
Perform visual inspection of material to identify defects.
Perform automated and manual dimensional inspection of material to identify defects.
Accurately count and record rejects on device history record (DHR).
Formulate coating solution and coat tubes. Ensure that all tubes are evenly coated in a timely manner.
Perform breakout process by removing rods from glass tubes.
Cut rods to length using the band saw. Perform visual inspection of the rods.
Formulate solution and perform all polymerization processes, including setup, cleaning, and HMI monitoring.
Minimum requirements:
3+ years of experience in a similar job
Able to read and write English
Experience in updated quality assurance documents
Comprehensive understanding of all applicable MSOP s, QCSOP s, GMP, and line clearance requirements.
