Generate and process receiving reports and returns. Communicating with warehouse personnel and customers. Office administration duties including, scanning, filing, shredding. Maintain daily, monthly and quarterly warehouse reports. Cross-trained to cover shipping clerk responsibilities.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Create ASN s and monitor Purchase Orders for receiving inbound materials.
Enter RMA s into system and communicate with customer on any issues about Returns.
Office administration: Maintain filing, shredding of outdated documents and maintain office supplies.
Assist with Internet orders. Entering and communicating with customers and customer service.
Reports: End of Day Status Reports. Maintain monthly and quarterly Warehouse reports.
Back Up for Shipping Clerk during breaks and lunch. Must be cross-trained.
Able to maintain a neat an organized work area.
Serve as back up for sales and customer service calls.
Other duties may be assigned my manager, as needed.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and with great enthusiasm, as well as a good attitude.
This job requires a High School diploma/GED, as well as a minimum of one-year experience in office administration and/or a call center environment.
Word processing, Excel spreadsheets, E-mail, database software and internet
Ten key by touch is preferred, but not mandatory.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Back up the Shipping Clerk in the warehouse office during breaks, lunch and end of day.
Hard Hat required at times when entering warehouse.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to sit and use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is required to do a lot of talking and listening and thinking.
There is some walking required as well as reaching with hands.
Able to lift 50 lbs. Without issue.
The vision requirements include close vision and distance vision.
